Begin with: Mixed Green Salad with Feta cheese, garlic croutons, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and a lemon balsamic vinaigrette.

Choose one entree from the following choices:
Pan Seared Sea Scallops drizzled with an orange mango sauce, paired with a mushroom risotto and sautéed asparagus, snow peas and red peppers.

Or Charbroiled 14 oz T-Bone Steak with a Rosemary infused jus, paired with mushroom risotto and sautéed asparagus, snow peas and red peppers.

Dessert: Strawberry Glazed White Chocolate Mousse.
